I'm Having A Hard Time To Sleep, Sometimes I slept 4am Or Worst 6am In The Morning What Should I DO? 11 WEEKS preggy Here. Thank You In Advance!

Sleepless nights and insomnia is common during pregnancy, so no need to worry. Just make sure to sleep during day time to make up for your sleep hours. At least 8 hours of sleep any time of the day is enough. If you're having a hard time sleeping at night, sleep in the morning.
