Milk intake

Hi all, im a fully DL bf-ing mum, recently past few days realised my 3mo(15wks) is latching for significantly shorter timing at each feed less than 4mins before he starts to pull away n scream cry, he then seem semi satisfied only to fuss for the next 30mins-1hr but refuse to drink anymore n then go to sleep. Then he would be hungry again in about 2hrs or less. He used to latch for avg of 8mins n empties my boobs fully, go about 3hrs between feeds n 6-8hrs at night, now every less than 3hr n drink less than 3-4mins :/  Any idea what may be wrong?

I’m an EP mum. I think babies at 3/6/9 months usually go thru this leap/growth spurt. My LO went thru growth spurt at 3m, taking in 100ml - 180 every 1-2 hourly (her usual intake is 80ml/3 hourly. As she entered 4m, her intake dropped. Sometimes she only drinks 40ML and it can last her 5-6 hours and when she wakes up, she only drinks 60ml max. Currently at 5m, she’s taking 80ml - 100ml/2 hourly max 3hourly (Used to be able to sleep thru from 10pm - 7am without milk 🥲) She’s still gaining weight and happy. So I don’t think there’s anything wrong, probably just a leap ☺️
