Im a full time mom, and currently looking for a wfh job. My experience was working in an agency as hr generalist for 2 yrs. Nakakasad lang kasi ang dami ko ng interview for the past few weeks, pero pag nalaman nila na full time mom ako for 3 yrs. Nadedecline na ako. I bought a laptop to be qualified for wfh jobs, im willing to work night shifts too. So sad na di ako matanggap dahil sa work experience ko. Kahit na andun yung willingness ko to learn. Siguro naman being a mom, doesn't makes us less of an hr generalist or whatever career we are in. Hayss , please advice mga sis. Nawawalan na ako ng pagasa. 😪#advicepls #pleasehelp

Hi, I'm an admin supervisor at same time I'm a freelance recruitment consultant din. I think hindi dahil full time mom ka kaya narereject yung application mo. Full time mom din ako before I decided to work again. I suggest na practice yourself before the interview. Believe me or not di pa ko nag sstart mag apply before pero I kept reading and reviewing the questions and answers about the interview. Making scenarios beforehand. Sa dami ng interview ko before I think 2 lang doon nag reject saken and halos lahat ng interview ko is pasado. And inulan ako ng job offers. If you're looking for wfh jobs start ka sa my idea ka, like you're a hr generalist you can consider yourself as a recruitment specialist. If you're planning to be a va start ka mag training, or aralin mo yung pagiging va. Wala akong idea before sa pag recruit and va pero nag start ako mag training sa nakita ko sa fb na tutorials ganyan. Apply lang ako ng apply (part time ko ang va at recruitment) hanggang sa my nakuha akong clients. So far almost 4mons na ko nag wwork ng full time at same time nanay din.

You can check kurso.ph (not free tho) I paid 200+ ata. Pero this will help you if you want to become a va, social media manager, graphic designer.

I guess I'm not the only one. Hugs to us mommy. I have a 7 month old and looking for a WFH job din. Gusto ko na sana sya pabinyagan but hindi kaya. But don't worry mommy. We can do this for our babies. Soon we will have the job that we wanted.
