Breastfeeding

Hello! I’m a FTM and I’m currently mix feeding. My baby is 5 weeks old. Nag mix feeding kami kasi for the first few weeks, nagstruggle kami sa low milk supply. Pero napansin ko these days na sapat na milk supply ko. Gusto ko sana mag exclusive breastfeeding and hoping na mag increase pa milk supply ko. Achievable pa kaya? Okay lang kaya? Any tips? yes.. Unlilatch lang mi at tiwala sa sarili.. law of supply and demand.. the more na magpapasusu ka ganon din kadami ang magiging milk supply mo.. at the more na magbibigay ng formula ganon din kadami ang mababawas sa milk mo. -19mosBFmomhere
