KKH after birth

Hi, I'm a first time mom & delivering anytime soon next month. Would like to know, what to bring for my hospital bag & what do KKH hospital provide after birth. Do they provide pads, disposable underwear, towel & toiletries? Do help me cause i wouldn't want to overpacked items to the hospital. :)

I only bring my home clothes, garment, cardigan, socks, baby's home clothes, swaddle. I also pack toiletries and towel (they provide but if you wish to use your own you may). Of course power bank, pillow for support. Things like disposable undies, cooling pad, maternity pad will be provided.
