Going Back To Work Adjustments

Hi! I'm a first time mom and currently exclusively breastfeeding my 7month old baby, is there a schedule or how many times do I need to pump in the office? How much milk do they need to feed her? Is the 1oz/1.5oz per 1hr still applicable for a baby with that age? (7mos) Thank you in advance!
