Philhealth and SSS docs

Hi, I'm employed and would like to ask if anu dinadala nong docs na philhealth/sss sa hospital pag manganganak/nung nanganak kayo? Thank you po!

Hi momsh, sa 1st and 2nd (upcoming) babies ko, MDR and receipt ng payment (photocopy and original) lang hiningi for Philhealth. No docs for SSS pero sa lying in po yun. I think iba iba po ang requirements every hosp/lying in. Ask your OB po, they will normally tell you naman po mga needed docs 😊
