Pregnancy symptoms gone

I’m currently at mid of my week7. Previously I had very sore boobs, daily stomach cramps, morning sickness and a little frequent to the toilet. Today, most or all of my symptoms are gone. My sore boobs are no longer sore unless I pressed on it. Should I be worried and visit the gynae ? My last gynae visit was last week and no abnormalities highlighted by the doc. Not sure if I’m overthinking as I had a miscarriage in June this year during week 5 of my pregnancy.

if you are worried, you should go back to your OB and have another US scan just to be sure. either that or call up your OB and ask, since you legitimately have a concern that you have had a m/c just.

It’s very normal. Not all women will experience symptoms throughout the whole pregnancy. No symptoms doesn’t mean you’re no longer pregnant. It’s just everyone’s body works differently. You could be the luckier mommy with not much symptoms and have a smooth pregnancy journey. Just listen to you gynae. As long as you’re not in unbearable pain or bleeding like period - you should be all good and safe.
