I'm currently in 70 weight 1 month buntis nako , eh chubby nako bago na buntis then just wanna ask ano pwede ko kainin na healthy padin si baby at mag lessen timbang ko baka kasi ma apektuhan si baby kapag masyado pako tataba🥺 #

I'm 81.6kgs nung nalaman kong preggy ako, tabain kami sa family and before talaga mabuntis lumobo ako dahil sa pandemic (wfh kasi), ngayon pinagdadiet ako ng OB ko, umiwas sa maalat, matamis at mamantika. Even eggs dapat 2x a week lang then hard boiled egg, kung rice naman, it's either brown rice or max of 1 cup per meal, then more on green leafy vegetables tas isda daw.

Bawasan mo mag carb at sweets. Empty calories sila at nakakagutom lalo. Nakakataba pero few nutrients. More on ulam kainin mo kasi mas masustansya at mas magiging satiated ka. Easy lang naman ang concept ng weight loss, mahirap lang gawin lol
