Im currently in my 3rd trimester, 30 weeks, and im starting to get random mild period-like cramps & lower back/hip pain. Not intense but mild - moderate. And doesnt last that long, it just comes at random timings and doesnt really affect my normal routine.
Is this normal? Anything i should be worried about ?
Just scared its an early sign of labour
