Congratulations on entering your third trimester! It's completely normal to experience an increase in vaginal discharge during this stage of pregnancy. The hormonal changes in your body can lead to a higher production of this discharge, and it's usually nothing to worry about. The clear to milky white discharge you're experiencing is also a common occurrence in pregnancy. As long as it doesn't have a strong odor and isn't accompanied by itching or irritation, it's likely just a normal part of the process. However, if the discharge becomes green, gray, or yellow in color, has a strong, unpleasant odor, or is accompanied by itching, redness, or irritation, it may be a sign of an infection and should be checked by your healthcare provider. Additionally, if you experience any unusual pain, bleeding, or discomfort along with the discharge, it's important to seek medical advice. To help manage the discomfort caused by the increased discharge, you can wear cotton underwear, avoid wearing tight clothing, and practice good hygiene. You can also use panty liners to help keep you feeling fresh and comfortable throughout the day. Remember, every pregnancy is unique, and if you have any concerns, it's always best to consult with your healthcare provider. Wishing you all the best as you enter this exciting stage of your pregnancy! https://invl.io/cll6she

I’m currently in trimester 3 and experiencing this too. My gynae said it’s normal because it’s preventing bacteria from entering our uterus. Indeed uncomfortable.. Just wear panty liner and change frequently!
