Hi! I’m currently almost 6 weeks pregnant (first baby) my OB prescribed Caltrate Advance (once a day for 1month), Natal Plus (once a day for 1 month), Folic Acid 800mcg (once a day for 1 month) Taking vit c & zinc before I got pregnant… Tapos pwede ko naman daw isabay yung vit. C ko once a day din. Zinc every other day My inlaws are currently afraid na baka ang dami ko mashado iniinom since nung time daw nila wala naman mashado iniinom.. baka daw magka bad effect sa baby What do you think about this? you are taking calcium, magnesium and zinc plus may caltrate ka pa po.. pwede mo na alisin yung calcium na nasa bottle sinve binigyan ka na ng caltrate plus. plus your natal plus may zinc na yan at vit c...yung nireseta na lang sayo ni OB mo ang itake mo (caltrate, natal plus and folic acid).. doble doble na kasi ang contents. di rin maganda na maover ka sa recommended dosages for pregnant. check natal plus contents. and eat healthy.
