play some relaxing music, take deep breathes. normal po maging anxious dont worry

Thank you. Almost everyday ako sinusumpong and affected n dn ang daily life ko.ang hirap po.nanginginig ako pag sinusumpong..na assess ako n tokophobia.kasi lagi npasok sa isip yong last yr na panganganak ko
