Doesn't feel baby's kick yet

I'm currently 22wks and a first timer at 34y.o. Is it normal not to feel yet my baby's kick but I can feel slightly quickening thou.

oo mamsh.last ultrasound ko nung feb 2..nkalagay sa placenta ko anterior high lying placenta.
