Zecuf cough lozenges safe for pregnancy

Hi . I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant and currently recovering from my cough . Dr prescribed me with cough medicine but I just ran out of it and still having cough. Is zecuf cough lozenges safe for pregnancy? This cough is really killing me . Had avoid cold/gassy/fried food and all but the cough still irritates me .
