Nauseous when drinking plain water

hi! i'm almost at 12 weeks! i'm wondering if anyone gets nauseous after drinking plain water and what did you do? cause i have that?

I have it too, I only consume water and milk. And I dont drink one shot. I sip a little and wait for the next one.
