U can try drinking sour juices like orange and passion fruit before eating, prepare like sour food like orange peel or candy. I drink soup personally if I can’t have any carbs. Or if u can’t eat, u can try Plain biscuits with water to cope with nausea feeling. Take small portions of food every 3hrs. Like bread, yogurt or fruits whichever helps. Probiotics helps with gut health. Avoid any oily, sticky or fried food. If spicy food, eat moderately like curry or kimichi, probably take w/o rice. Just the ingredients will do.

Yes water is a struggle for me too! Milo has been my go to. As well as random nuts/ dried fruits. Just find something that works for u and go for it #survivalmode

Request diclectin from gynae. Try sipping on 100 plus or adding lemons to your plain water 😊.

Nope, I only requested for a month supply and it was better after that. I didn’t finish my supply as well.

Same here :( can’t really drink plain water. I drank 100plus and honey lemon

Try drinking warm honey water when you wake up everyday. It helps me a lot!
