I'M BEING MURDERED BY MY OWN MIND

I'm 9weeks pregnant, I was diagnosed with bipolar and depressive disorders even before I got pregnant. It's getting worse and I'm not sure if I cant still make it. I starve myself, I hurt myself and I right now I'm not sure if I can still make it out alive. I'm so tired.
