Back Pain!! ??

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I'm facing throbbing back pain and lethargy. I'm still working but I'm afraid my higher management wouldn't like it if I keep on taking sick leave. Any advice. For both issues

I resign too aftr i knw im prgnnt at 1st tri. Coz my wrk requires me to carry heavy stuffs. And i dnt wnt to take risks as its my first pregnancy.
