Prone kc ung preggy sa mga skir n gnyan sissy.. Ako dn meron.. More water nlang.. Bwal kc inuman ng gmot. Ot ung nasal spray sa ilong

dati natry ko sis. pero feel ko lumala lang sinus ko 😂.. dpnde kc if hiyang ka dun. bt mostly ok nman cla. ako lang ata hndi. or na overused 😂
