Fever at 5 weeks

Hi! I’m 5 weeks pregnant and I have fever for three days now. I’m taking paracetamol every 4 hours whenever my temperature gets 37.8c or higher. What are the possible effects of the meds to my baby? Also, can the paracetamol be flushed out by water? Thanks! #pleasehelp #advicepls
