Im 5 months preggy po. Is it ok to take moringa supplements in preparation for breatfeeding? Ano pong klase at saan din po kaya makakabili ng affordable supplements?

Momsh usually po sasabihin naman ng OB kung kelan ka dapat mag start na mag take and also yung brand ng supplement 😉
