pregnant again

I'm 4.5 months postpartum and just tested positive for pregnancy.. what should I do? Anything in particular to take note of?

Hey dear, first of all, do you want to get pregnant again, typically it takes time for the body to recuperate fully. I would suggest do check-in with your doctor about it once.
