Should i test?

Im 4 mths postpartum n still exclusively pumping every 4 to 5 hourly. Recently my husb n i have started getting sexually active again and thr was only once we did n forgot to use contraceptive.. i have nt gotten my period back since the birth at all.. so im abit paranoid.. should I go test??
