Is it normal to have light bleeding at the early week of pregnancy?

I’m 4-5weeks pregant po lately having mild cramps and now nakaka experience ako ng light bleeding, wondering if safe poba to or not? Though planning ko napo magpa check tom morning, pero nag woworry po ako since first time kopo mag buntis thankyou po☺️
