swollen legs

Hi, Im 3days postpartum. Had normal delivery on 23 may. Was allowed home on the following day. However when i reach home i realise that i have swollen legs and foot. Does anyone experience the same? How long does it takes for the swells to reduce. I feel so uncomfortable walking around with swollen legs and foot.

Try walking more for the next 1-2 weeks, and elevate your legs when you sit/lie down:) the swelling should come down nicely.
