To CS or not to CS

I'm 35 yo, 5th pregnancy ko na. All 4 child birth NSD pero yung 4th baby ko, medyo 50/50 na kaming dalawa. Ngayun, natatakot ako mag NSD baka diko na kaya. I'm thinking about doing CS, I want to know how was the experience? 1. What are your preparations if scheduled ang CS niyo? If emergency CS, what happened? 2. Masakit ba yung epidural (tama ba)? Yung injection sa likod? 3. Nafeel niyo ba na hinihiwa kayu buong operation? 4. Tulog ka lang ba or pwede rin gising? Ano mas prefer niyo? 5. Magkano inabot ng bills niyo? Ps. If meron dito taga Imus, Cavite at naexperience magpa CS sa South Imus Specialist Hospital, magkano kayu inabot and how was the experience with them?
