Try mo panuodin yung inducing labor for 10 minutes na workout sis sabayan mo nun hehe ako ganun lage 38 weeks nako

Walking lagi less rice more on fruits at gulay. Uminom dn ng madaming tubig momsh.

Naghanap lang ako sa grocery dear. Yung berry flavor ng Twinings, may kasama lang na raspberry.
