OSCAR or NIPT

Hi, I'm 31 this year. Doctor spoke to me about down syndrome test today. She mentioned that if we have extra cash, better to do both. But yet I was told by my closed ones that usually do either one. Doctor even suggested to do preeclampsia test, is this even required? Can't decide which to go for Oscar or nipt.

My gynae advised me to at least do Oscar. If do NIPT, should do Oscar as well because Oscar takes a look at the body structure of the baby such as the nasal bone etc. NIPT is more accurate but it doesn't show the structure.
