Foods less in sugar

I'm 3 months pregnant, and mataas po sugar ko , need ko po imotor Ang sugar ko, ano po kaya mga food Ang pwede ko Kainin, and ano Kaya Yung mga di ko pwede Kainin? #advicepls #pleasehelp

Less starchy food. No softdrinks or colored drinks. Try wheatbread and brown rice instead of white rice and bread if keri ng budget.
