Worst experience ko mommy about constipation ay yung nagbleeding talaga ako kasi pinilit kong ilabas. Pero now hindi na. More water lang tas milk. Enfamama gamit ko rich in fiber din kasi cya. So far regular na ako makapoop and naiiwasan ko nang heavy na constipation.
Normal po Constipation due to sa mga meds na initake naten, recommended Papaya mommy! ung hinog na, one slice every meal and drink more water frequently, wag isang lagukan mommy huh.
Constipated din ako when I was preggy. Marami na akong na try pero naka help talaga sa kin ang oatmeal & drink plenty of water.
Kain ka po ng food na rich in fiber..saka drink plenty of water..pwde ka din uminom yakult po..more fruits din po..
High fiber,plenty of water and "yakult"- recommended ng ob. hinog na papay 1 slice per day. :)
