24 weeks pregnant , blood spot on my pants

Hi I'm 24 weeks pregnant and yesterday I had a pinkish blood stain on my pants. Went to emergency,monitor the baby at delivery suite, doctor check my vagina there's no sign of where the blood comes from. Today afternoon I went to shower I did not see any blood when I went down to nuh kopitiam around 5pm I went to the toilet there's blood stains inform my nurse they say need to monitor more. I'm confused and lost where does the blood comes from ? Any mummies experience d this kind of situations before?

I did experience it but i not sure whether is it i totally same as you ir what but when i am just few weeks pregnant and when i go toilet pee there is afew drop of blood then the next day i think i went to thr polyclinic which i dont rmb why but then after that i just went to the hospital then the doctor say it is actually normal but best is to check to be very safe
