I've experienced heartburn also, especially 1st and 2nd trimester. I was advised by my Ob na iwasan ang pagkain ng maanghang, maasim, saka oily foods. Then if symptoms persist, and intolerable na she prescribed me to take maalox plus (antacid) 30 mins after meal 3x a day.

Normal lang po iyan kc ngchange na po body natin ..aq po knakainan q lng po at water and hinay po sa dood kailangan pakunti kunti para d ka lagi ina acid😊👍🏻

Inom ng warm water every morning bago kumain wag mag milk at wag kakain ng may dairy na oagkain

More water intake lang mommy. Iwas din sa mga acidic na pagkain. Iwas sa spicy at maaasim.
