Water therapy sis sa morning. Pagkagising mo inom ka 1L water. After 45 mins saka ka kumain. Tapos merienda mo sis fruits like peras and apple, wag mo isabay sa meal. Mabilis mkadumi yan. Tapos sa meals naman sabayan mo cucumber :) Ganyan ginawa ko sis kasi 2x ferrous sulfate ko. Nkaka constipate tlaga.
