Shoul i take Calcium tabs?

I’m on my 19wks, going 20 and wala pong nireseta si OB na calcium supplement, only folic acid and multivit(iron, vit.Bcom) . Should I contact her? Or can i just take any calcium + d3 tabs? I’m drinking anmum pero seldom lang kasi di ako fan ng lasa nya. Or any other preg. milk suggestion? #advicepls #FTM

Consult your OB muna po. Calcium can interfere with your body's absorption of iron.

Went there na po, sabi nya okay naman daw po ako mag take kaso I noticed nagrereact yung sikmura ko everytime i drink it po.
