Safe To Eat Foods

Hi all, Im at my 17th week now. I would like to know if the following foods are safe for consumption and what's the best method to cook them? : Bitter gourd Old cucumber Lotus roots Winter melon White radish Thank you!

Hi lynn, I guess you already know those are 'cooling' food. I would say you can eat but in moderation or even best to avoid. Once or twice still acceptable. Best to cook with ginger. Regardless its fry or in soup, just add 2 slices of ginger in.

I don't follow recipe book 100%... I ever come across a Octopus Soup recipe for confiment but I find it ridiculous. Don't make sense for me to take such 'poisonous' food when I am having wound care.
