Don’t feel pregnant and sharp pain

i have alot of sharp pain too, so as long as your sure its a normal pregnancy (not ectopic) your not bleeding. it is most likely just gas pains or uterus strerching. mine was painful that i couldnt sleep too but gynae say normal
