Ako nag start ako 33 weeks.. Sa morning biscuits and milk lamang sa lunch.. Half rice and ulam its either gulay, sabaw or fish then dinner is biscuits at milk pdn.. Lakad lakad after kumain.. And sa morning squats exercise
