If you have a confinement lady, do you still buy the 30 days tonic soup from medical hall & ask her to boil? Or do you just drink whatever tonic soup she prepares?

No, I will not buy the pre-pack tonic soup for CL anymore. Each CL has their own preferred menu and ways to do confinement dishes. They have enough experiences on what herbs to use and cook to nourish your body.

U mean we need to get the herbs for her to cook or ? I ask my CL, she ask me to go buy the 30 days package from medical hall for her to cook for me. Does that mean she just want the easy way ?
