If you were the education minister, what would you change about Singapores education system?

More emphasis on EQ. With a growing affluence in Singapore, I feel that a majority of the younger generation are entitled and detached. It would be good to keep them rooted to the ground. To prevent them from being too sheltered, more opportunities for kids to be exposed to overseas matters. They need to learn that hard work is still valid in our society.
