If you money in FD that matures soon, but your flat will be completed in ten months. Would you consider continue putting another round of FD, or just cash out and wait for flat completion?

Another round of FD means how long? The question u can ask yourself is, can the down payment for completion wait for another round of FD? Do you have more cash to settle the down payment first while waiting for FD to mature? For me, personally, I will not put another round as the paperwork needed to draw the funds out etc, might take longer n flat completion might not be able to wait. I don want to risk the unknown unless the bank assured me that paperwork can be done hassle free
