If the mommy is allergic to something, does that mean that the baby is also allergic to the same thing / food?

Hindi ko alam kung applicable ito sa lahat pero ako kasi, since nung bata pa ko, allergic ako sa hipon, at yung baby ko ngayun, allergic din sya sa hipon.
