You must have an open and honest conversation with your employer about your needs. Then only can you work out a plan that suits yourself and them. My company thankfully was really accommodating but I was very strong will my need to pump both to feed my son as well as for my own health/safety so I didn’t get blocked ducks, etc. I would try to semi time pumping times to attach to a break/lunch so I’d just be extending a bit here and a bit there. I would come into work early and pump before my shift started so then means by first break then pumping again. Sometimes timing isn’t perfect for overall during the day yield was plenty for my little one. Good luck! You can do it, have to stay determined.
if you are comfortable to pump in your staff area, why not. else, can check out your work area. if its a shopping mall, there could be a nursery room w private room for bf/pumping. for flexibility of pumping during work, u can always try to talk w ur in-charge. if really cannot, best you pump b4 work and during break.
