thawed frozen bm can last 24 hours in the fridge. What you can do is take out 2 packets at a time. 2 packets should last you 2.5 feeds which is roughly 9 hours (you can mix 2 packets of fbm in a bottle). As long as you keep using this method, your milk should all be used up before the 24hours is up. If it takes too long for you to thaw the milk, just put it in a bowl of water and leave it in the fridge. It thaws alot faster that way.

I take from freezer to the fridge to defroze. Then use it up within 24hr after it is defroze. i just pour the amt i want to feed baby
