if baby at about 3kg or more and mummy having anemia ... what is the best choice? natural birth / c sec ?

There is no "best choice" just by the factors you mentioned. 3kg is typical weight for baby. You will lose more blood via csec than by normal delivery. If csec has been brought up by your doctor, ask more to understand his/her concerns. If it has not been suggested, then perhaps csec is not necessary. Either way, if it is a concern to you, bring it up to your gynae and talk it through.

You should ask the gynae for the best advice. I had anemia too I had to c sec cos my baby position wasn't right and 36 weeks contraction. She came out at 3.2kg

I had a bit of anaemia and went thru natural birth. Was prescribed a bit of iron supplements though as there is risk of huge blood loss. Best to consult gynae

3kg is average weight for baby. and you need to ask your gynae whats the best choice. i

I had anemia too. Gave birth to darling daughter at 40+2 natural without epidural 3.4kg
