its my first time so i need help! ?

I just married this month ( 02/02/2020 ). 2 days ago, i thought i got my period , but then. I see my pantyliner that the colour of my blood is like maroon / chocolate ? im a bit confused here because this was my first time. And my stomach feels like moving ? can i know whats my problem is? I haven't buy pregnancy test yet. ?
