After c-section

I just gave birth one week and 2 days ago by having c-section. I stayed in the hospital for one week cause I developed preeclampsia during the labor which made blood pressure to go high,I have never had blood pressure before.nNow I'm on blood pressure medication. My feet still swollen, my body is very each even my skill until I turn to red.And I feel hard thing in my tummy around my belly button which is give me hard time to change position while I'm sleeping.They doctor did scan for it but they didn't see anything. Please help me and let me know what to do.I'm having hard time in my life.
