I had this too at about 20 weeks, and had it on both hands! My gynae advised me to put on wrist guards, especially at night. I find them to be very effective probably because it restricts movement, kept my wrists warm, and the compression helps as well. Hope this works for you too!

Hi! This might work in a while. It took me about 2 weeks to feel like it was tolerable enough to do my chores comfortably. My gynae said it might be due to the water retention as well, so you might want to mind your salt intake also. Hope that you will feel better soon!

i seen tcm and saw SGH hand specialist postpartum. it was tendonitis that progressed to carpel tunnel. best to seek help at polyclinic or get referral to hand specialist
