8 weeks but scan only 6 weeks :(

Hello all, I went to check up yesterday suppose to be in 8 weeks but using the transvaginal ultrasound , seem like fetus pole only measure as 6W 5D . Was informed to come back 2 weeks later for further check. Anyone experience it before ?

I had my first check at 8 weeks assuming that I was 10 weeks into my pregnancy. Gynae say it is probably the result of my irregular period. Don’t worry! Head back for your check in 2 weeks and you’ll likely hear baby’s heartbeat by then! :)
