8 weeks but scan is 2 weeks off

Hello all, I went to check up yesterday suppose to be in 8 weeks but using the transvaginal ultrasound , seem like fetus pole only measure as 6W 5D . Was informed to come back 2 weeks later for further check. Anyone experience it before ?

Rest assure that it's normal. Your LMP may not be 100% accurate. Ultrasounds can detect how far along you are. You are still pretty early that's why you were told to come back 2 weeks later. I thought I was 11 wks going to 12 but after I did the vs, I found out I was only 10w4d pregnant. I was told to come back 1 week later for the nuchal translucency scan.
